Stewardship Volunteer

Description: Is your God-given gift asking for money or finding donors for non-profits and ministries? We are seeking an individual well versed in identifying grants, grant-writing, planned giving, new donors, and more creative ways to financially support Be Still, Inc.

Hours: Approximately 2-3 hours per week.

Location: Most work can be done from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities May Include (but are not limited to):

  • Work with Be Still, Inc. leadership to implement, execute, and manage new opportunities for engagement and stewardship of donors.
  • Accomplish goals through project planning, management, and execution to ensure donors feel appreciated and informed about the impact of their gift(s).
  • Write, plan, implement, and execute a variety of cultivation, recognition, and engagement of donors.
  • Identify grant funding available to ministries.
  • Write successful grant applications.
  • Identify avenues to strengthen relationships with current donors.
  • Establish a multi-level system for generating sustainable resources for Be Still, Inc.
  • Track your volunteer time and submit to Be Still staff monthly.
